Order Issues:

Apologies for the inconvenience. Kindly share a picture or description of the issue with our team, and we’ll arrange a replacement or credit as appropriate.
You can cancel or make changes within 5 minutes of placing your order by calling us directly. After that, preparation begins and changes may not be possible.
Payment Queries:
We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfers, and secure online payments via debit/credit cards.
Please allow up to 2 hours for bank processing. If the issue persists, send your payment receipt or transaction ID to our support team.
Delivery Policies:
Currently, we offer delivery within Islamabad & Rawalpindi. More cities coming soon!
We aim to deliver within 45–60 minutes, depending on location and order size. Peak hours may affect delivery slightly.
Yes, a flat Rs. 50 delivery fee applies. Delivery may be free on special deals or minimum order values.

Refunds / Returns
Yes, refunds are offered in cases of incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory items. Kindly report the issue within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
Due to health and safety standards, we do not accept returns on food. However, we’ll gladly compensate you for any verified issues.
